Capabilities

NOT A FACILITY. A CONTROLLED ENGINEERING ENVIRONMENT.

ONE SPACE.

MULTIPLE DISCIPLINES.

ZERO HANDOFFS.

Inside a 12,000+ sq. ft. integrated unit, design validation, prototyping, pilot builds, and volume manufacturing operate as a single continuous system. There is no transition loss between design and production, because they exist side by side.

What Happens Here

MAGNETICS

Transformers, inductors, and electromagnetic components are wound, impregnated, and electrically validated through automated magnetic lines.

ENGINEERING & R&D

Designs are iterated, simulated, and physically validated using CAD/CAE, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping.

INTERCONNECTS

Cable harnesses and looms are assembled using MIL-grade wiring practices with traceable materials and controlled routing.

ROBOTICS & MOTION

Actuators are tuned, motion systems validated, and mechanical–electronic interfaces verified in dedicated robotics zones.

POWER & ELECTRONICS

Regulated power supplies, SMPS, UPS, and controllers are assembled, validated, and tested under controlled electrical and thermal conditions.

Quality & Validation

Build into the Workflow.

Inspection is not a phase. It is distributed across the build.

Incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and final systems pass through multi-level inspection and validation, including:

  • Mechanical, electrical, thermal, and environmental tests
  • High-voltage and endurance cycling
  • In-circuit testing (ICT) for electronic assemblies

All are governed by documented QMS/TQM workflows.

Production Capacity

Scalable, Controlled, and Predictable

Rorak’s facilities are structured to support consistent annual output without compromising quality:

Capacity planning is aligned with process stability and quality assurance—not volume targets alone.

Why This Matters

Capability That Supports Outcomes

This facility enables Rorak to:
